Sawchyn F5 mandolin

Here's a really nice mando that I had made for me in 2003. It has many custom upgrades from his standard S5 model.

It is side bound, has a fern inlay, Mother of peal buttons on schaller tuners, mother of pearl nut with a 1 3/16 nut width. same as a breedlove or an f5g deluxe, this one has a radiused fretboard, also has custom inlay @ 12th fret. This has been my go to mandolin for the past 3 years, it really excels in a bluegrass jam, excellent volume and a really nice woody chop. If your not familiar with Peters mandos check out his website. Great Canadian builder
